I started my personal project with volleyball teams. I sometimes arrange trainings for them. My exercises are meant to improve technique, balance, rapidity, concentration and cooperation, but at the same time, to have fun. We have a great opportunity through this project because, in this way, we can get in touch with a different culture.
The girls were divided in couples. One attacked and the other had to start from the bottom and after it, defend the attack. This exercise serves to improve coordination and reflexes.
One at the time, the girls had to take the ball. It was meant to pull left or right and short and long.
This exercise is meant to improve rapidity and relexes, and at the same time, to have fun.
In this exercise, the aim was to do a long and short bagher. In this way, they were able to improve the technique and concentration.
